iServer BPM Connect offers a quick, user-friendly way to export an organization’s process models from iServer into any third party Business Process Management Suite or operational process management tools.
To achieve this, BPMN 2.0 diagrams in Visio need to be exported into the standard BPMN 2.0 XML file format, which can then be imported into compatible workflow and BPMS tools to be automated.
With iServer BPM Connect, this is made easy.
Users are able to select desired BPMN diagrams for export via the iServer BPM Connect console. Users can choose compatible diagrams from the iServer Repository, their local computer, or simply from any Visio files currently open.
Unlike other tools offering BPMN XML export, users are also able to map relationships and links across multiple diagrams for export within the same XML file. This allows users to:
- Export multiple diagrams at a time
- Export diagrams which have multiple pages, while maintaining the relationships, drill-downs and interfaces
- Link Sub-processes with Process Diagrams
- Link throwing and catching intermediate events.
All diagrams on the export list are also validated to ensure BPMN 2.0 compliance before exporting.
Following export, the BPM Connect XML Output is saved locally and ready to be imported into compatible BPMS or workflow tools.
