As more organizations adapt to agile, EA must move from a command and control mindset to one of empower and equip. Projects need the ability to move at pace in a fast changing environment. In this session, learn how Direct Line Group enabled this by changing from modeling the world to that of modeling the controls, empowering projects to work autonomously within predefined guide rails. You’ll also gain an understanding of the lessons learned in moving to this way of working.
