NORA compliance is crucial for aligning business processes, technology, and data across government entities, using a maturity grading system from Level 1 (Initial) to Level 5 (Optimized), with certification starting at Level 3 (Operation). For the Ministry, achieving higher certification levels was vital to standardizing enterprise architecture, influencing outcomes like budget allocation and strategic positioning, and establishing itself as a digital transformation leader. Managing over 700 business processes required a robust enterprise architecture tool to ensure integration, transparency, and informed decision-making.
